REACH (Reaching Everyone with Accessible Community Health) Program is a community-based intervention designed to provide high-quality, low-cost primary healthcare in underserved low-income, urban communities in the comfort of their own homes.

Through a unique Home Care and outreach approach, our Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs) and nurses are able to carry out malaria screening and provide the required treatment to community members.

Since 2019, we have partnered with organisations to drive the success of outreaches, rapid diagnostic testing and treatment for malaria, provision of anthelmintic therapy, sickle cell screening, Vision screening and provision of discounted reading glasses, and health education on water sanitation amongst others.
